The Brand & Marketing function shapes how Marou is experienced by consumers across our products, channels, and markets. The Head of Brand & Marketing plays a key role in strengthening Marou’s brand identity, building meaningful connections with consumers, and translating the company’s purpose and values into impactful brand and marketing initiatives that support sustainable growth.

ROLE PURPOSE

As the Head of Brand & Marketing at Marou, you will shape how the world experiences our brand - from vision to execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives that elevate Marou’s identity, build emotional connection with our consumers, and drive sustainable growth.

This role blends creative leadership and business acumen: 50% idea and vision, 50% execution and delivery. The right candidate is deeply passionate about brands, storytelling, and design — someone who brings taste, originality, and purpose into every campaign and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute a clear brand vision that strengthens Marou’s position.
• Translate company purpose and values into meaningful narratives and experiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels — from packaging to digital presence to in-store experience.

Creative & Campaign Development

• Lead creative ideation and oversee campaign production across online and offline channels.
• Craft storytelling that connects emotionally with consumers and reinforces Marou’s brand equity.
• Explore collaborations, partnerships, and events that express Marou’s adventurous and authentic spirit.

Marketing Performance & Insights

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Use consumer insights and market trends to guide brand and product initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with C-Team, Product, Store Chain Operations, International & Domestic Wholesales to ensure brand alignment and commercial success.
• Work with local and international teams to maintain brand coherence and relevance.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team that blends creativity with business thinking.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve both professional and personal growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in building and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns that drive tangible results.
• Strong sense of taste, design, and storytelling — able to translate brand essence into creative expression.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect brand building with commercial performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in premium, lifestyle, or F&B sectors.
• Background in leading creative teams or cross-functional brand projects (e.g., product launch, collaborations, new concept development).
• Exposure to international markets or cross-border brand management.
• Passion for craftsmanship, food, or culture-related brands.

Working time: Monday - Friday

Working location: Green Building, 160 B2 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
