ROLE PURPOSE

The QA Intern – Store Chain supports the QA team with administrative work, document management, and monitoring compliance with food safety requirements and the quality management system across the store chain. The role also assists with product self-declaration documentation and other QA activities and projects as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform administrative tasks related to Food Safety Certification and the quality management system.
• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining QA/QC records and documentation.
• Support the monitoring and follow-up of store inspection checklists.
• Assist in preparing product self-declaration dossiers for products managed by the store division.
• Support other QA projects and tasks as assigned by the QA team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, food safety regulations and related legislation, and food safety quality management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Available for a full-time internship for 06 months.

Working time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working location: Marou Headquarters - 160 B2, An Khanh ward, HCMC.
