About the role

Founded in 2016 by a group of Taiwanese 3D printing enthusiasts, Phrozen creates professional yet user-friendly 3D printers for industrial, medical, and personal use. Following a series of successful Kickstarter campaigns, Phrozen has expanded into the U.S., Europe, Japan, South Korea, and other markets worldwide. Our customers include dental and jewelry professionals, as well as digital model creators. We remain committed to advancing 3D printing through continuous innovation.

Role Description

Every day, 3D printing fans around the world talk to Phrozen—in our Facebook groups, under our posts, and in our DMs. They show off what they’ve printed, ask for help, tell us what they love, and share what drives them nuts. Someone needs to be there for them. That’s you.

This role offers a real path to a full-time position. Recent graduates who can start right away are our first choice, but if you’re still in school and think you’d be great at this, we’d love to hear from you too.

What You’ll Own

Our community. You’ll reply to comments and posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads, keep our groups organized, and bring back what you hear. That’s where real user insight comes from.

What You’ll Also Learn

A community marketer doesn’t just answer comments—they understand the campaigns behind them: why a launch is timed a certain way, what a promotion is trying to achieve, and how an email resonates with its audience. That’s what turns “replying to people” into “knowing what to say and why.”

Alongside community management, you’ll also learn about:

  • Campaigns — Help plan, schedule, write, launch, and wrap up product launches and promotions. Learn how campaigns really work by being part of one from start to finish.
  • Social channels — Help publish content across our English and Chinese channels and prepare briefs for our designers.
  • Email — Learn to build and send campaigns in Klaviyo from scratch.
  • Data — Log performance, help write campaign wrap-ups, and learn how to interpret the numbers.
  • Content — Help shoot and organize content and create simple visuals using Canva or CapCut. No Photoshop experience required.

Where This Goes

Within three months, you should be able to manage the community independently and support small campaigns from start to finish. If it’s a good fit, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Assistant Marketing Specialist role and continue growing from there.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate who can start full-time is preferred; current students are also welcome to apply part-time. All majors are welcome.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Resourceful when you encounter something you don’t know.
  • Reliable. Community management happens every day, and people notice when you’re not there.
  • Curious about our products—you can’t talk to 3D printing fans without becoming a bit of one yourself.
  • Active on social media and familiar with what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Able to share something you’ve written, such as a social post, newsletter, or an account you manage.
  • Able to work from our office in Xiangshan, Hsinchu—daily for graduates and at least two days per week for students.

Work Hours and Compensation

  • Recent graduates: 40 hours per week preferred.
  • Current students: Up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with full-time availability during school breaks.
  • Full-time conversion will be evaluated after three months.
  • NT$200 per hour, plus complimentary lunch.
  • Location: Xiangshan, Hsinchu.
