About the role
The Loop is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to help lead daily store operations at SM Center Sangandaan. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and guiding team development under the supervision of the Area Manager.
Ideal candidates hold a four-year Business degree and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, with a proven ability to drive process improvements and maintain high store standards.
