About the role

We’re looking for a sales professional based in Jamaica (Remote) to help develop new business with U.S. healthcare organizations, with a primary focus on skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes. This role is highly outbound and will involve identifying prospects, reaching decision-makers, and creating new sales opportunities in the U.S. market.

Who you are / What you bring

You’re confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with U.S.-based decision-makers, and experienced in outbound B2B cold outreach. You know how to prospect, get past gatekeepers, and build relationships from a cold start. Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, post-acute care, or skilled nursing is a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare organizations
• Make outbound cold calls and conduct follow-up outreach to prospective facilities
• Navigate facility front desks to identify and connect directly with key decision-makers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Communicate product and service value clearly to U.S.-based healthcare executives
• Track outreach, conversations, and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Work closely with the internal team to refine messaging and target accounts

Qualifications

• Flawless, near-native spoken English with clear articulation and confidence on the phone
• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or business development experience
• Demonstrated experience calling into the U.S. market
• Comfortable working independently and managing consistent daily phone outreach
• Healthcare, medical device, medical supply, DME/HME, post-acute, or nursing home experience is preferred
