Sun Gold Power Inc. is a solar power system solutions provider based in Irvine, CA. We design and supply reliable solar energy systems — including solar inverters, lithium batteries, and complete off-grid and hybrid solar kits — that make energy independence simple and affordable for customers across the U.S.

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Representative at our Irvine, CA office (72 Fairbanks, Irvine, CA 92618). In this role, you will handle inbound phone and email sales inquiries, guide customers through product selection, and prepare accurate quotes for solar power systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar products and system configurations
• Prepare product selections, quotations, and order documentation
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships to close sales
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (required)
• Consumer electronics sales experience (required)
• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering, communications, power systems/new energy, electromechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Genuine interest in the solar / new energy industry (preferred)
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Compensation

• Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience
• On-target earnings (OTE) starting at $6,500+/month with uncapped commission
