Sun Gold Power Inc. is a solar energy solutions provider based in Irvine, CA, dedicated to making energy independence simple and affordable. We design and deliver reliable solar power systems for homes, RVs, boats, and off-grid applications.

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team on-site at our Irvine, CA office (92618). This is a hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HRIS maintenance
• Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer letters
• Administer benefits enrollment and answer employee questions about benefits, policies, and payroll
• Assist with performance management processes and employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR reporting and audits
• Coordinate training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR-related experience (required)
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred (not required)
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus

Compensation & Location

• Pay: $28-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Location: Irvine, CA 92618. This is a full-time, on-site position; candidates must be able to work on-site full time.
