Homzmart is Egypt's marketplace for furniture and home goods, connecting customers with the manufacturers, brands and workshops that make them. We own the full experience from discovery through to delivery.

• Manage all daily showroom operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising

• Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to drive improvements and achieve KPIs

• Ensure the showroom reflects Homzmart’s brand identity in layout, cleanliness, product presentation, and ambiance

• Oversee scheduling, team delegation, and employee performance management

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty

• Coordinate with internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and customer service) to align showroom performance with company-wide goals

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal displays

• Report regularly to senior management on showroom metrics, customer behavior, and team performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands

• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Deep understanding of visual merchandising and showroom standards

• Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office

• Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
