Homzmart is Egypt's marketplace for furniture and home goods, connecting customers with the manufacturers, brands and workshops that make them. We own the full experience from discovery through to delivery.

• Build, launch and maintain lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and WhatsApp
• Keep segmentation, list health, deliverability and consent in good order
• Produce cohort and repeat purchase reporting, and say what it shows
• Run tests on timing, offer and journey logic, and write up what each one found
• Track channel cost and contribution so we know what each journey is worth
• Deliver the lifecycle calendar alongside onsite merchandising and creative
• Keep the automation platform configured, documented and working

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in CRM, lifecycle, email or retention marketing
• Hands-on in a marketing automation platform — you configure it yourself rather than brief someone else
• Comfortable with cohorts, repeat purchase rate and segmentation logic in a spreadsheet
• A test you ran, what it found, and what changed as a result
• Genuine care about deliverability and data hygiene

• E-commerce, marketplace or subscription background
• WhatsApp as a marketing channel
• HTML and a templating language such as Liquid for email builds
