About the role
REAL Watersports is currently seeking candidates for Rental Shop Associate. This is a great entry-level position into the industry for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about kiting and surfing or who want to learn. This position offers benefits including access to the REAL Watersports rental fleet and an abundance of session time.
As the Rental Shop Associate, you will assist our Kiteboarding Coaches, customers and coworkers to select the right gear for the day's conditions. Other responsibilities include gear running, yard marshalling, organizing surfboard and kite repair, used gear evaluation, and Jet ski maintenance.
