About the role

The Shift Lead supports the GM and front-of-house team, models a positive and professional work environment, remains calm under pressure and takes accountability for each service.
Hours may range from 8–12 hours per day, up to 5–6 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing employees.
- Customer service during extreme volume.
- Running food, bussing tables and bartending as needed.
- Cash handling, problem solving and service recovery.
- New-employee training and receiving daily coaching.
