About PANDO MOTO

Founded in 2011 on one conviction that every rider deserves to come home, Pando Moto has grown from a bootstrapped startup into a globally recognised premium motorcycle apparel brand, now present in 35+ countries and 250+ retail partners worldwide. We create high-quality motorcycle gear at the intersection of engineering, safety and aesthetics, from precision-cut riding denim to military-grade base layers made with fibres fifteen times stronger than steel. With over 100,000 products sold in 2025 and continued year-on-year growth, Pando Moto is one of the fastest-growing challengers in the powered two-wheel industry. We are a lean, global team driven by a passion for motorcycles, adventure and creating gear that helps riders feel protected, confident and themselves.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the commercial strategy and performance of PANDO MOTO’s product portfolio. Working closely with the CEO and Founder / Creative Director, you’ll turn market insights and customer demand into clear assortment, pricing and launch decisions. You’ll lead the product team, set commercial priorities for technical development and align sales, demand and production plans to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously compare the existing product portfolio with the market, competitors and customer alternatives, assessing proposition, features, price points, margin, sales performance, customer feedback and gaps by category and market.
  • Own the category and assortment strategy, defining which customer needs, price segments, markets and use cases PANDO MOTO should serve and which products should be developed, improved, continued, repositioned or discontinued.
  • Identify and prioritise new product and category opportunities using market research, competitor analysis, B2B and D2C sales data, customer insights, channel signals, and feedback from retail partners and riders.
  • Build and own business cases for new products, including target customer, market need, positioning, expected selling price, target cost, gross margin, sales-volume assumptions, investment, launch timing, risk and payback logic.
  • Set the commercial product brief and success criteria together with the Founder / Creative Director, then translate them into clear priorities for the Product Development Lead, who owns technical development, sampling, testing, certification and production handover.
  • Develop the rolling product, demand and production plan with B2B Sales, Digital Commerce, Finance and Supply Chain, specifying what should be produced, when, in what quantities, for which markets and channels, and at what planned selling price.
  • Own product pricing and margin logic, working with Sourcing, Finance and the Product Development Lead to evaluate target cost, landed cost, recommended retail price, wholesale price, discount boundaries and expected profitability.
  • Manage product lifecycle and portfolio performance using revenue, margin, sell-through, stock cover, inventory ageing, returns, quality and customer feedback; recommend replenishment, markdown, improvement or discontinuation actions.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial launch readiness, ensuring Sales, Digital Commerce, Brand, Customer Operations and Supply Chain have the product story, pricing, volumes, timing, market priorities and sales-enablement inputs required for launch.
  • Lead the product function and establish clear governance between commercial product management and technical product development, setting priorities, reviewing delivery and developing strong commercial product thinking across the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising or commercial product management, with proven ownership of assortment, pricing, margins or portfolio decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgement — able to connect customer needs and market opportunities with profitable product and category choices.
  • Experience building category strategies and assortment roadmaps, deciding which products to launch, scale, improve or discontinue.
  • Confidence developing product business cases covering demand, positioning, price, cost, margin, expected volumes, investment and risk.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to turn sales, competitor, customer and inventory data into clear commercial decisions.
  • Experience with pricing, demand forecasting, production-volume planning and product lifecycle management across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • A solid understanding of physical-product development and apparel, enabling you to set clear commercial briefs and work effectively with technical product teams.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills — able to lead the product team and align creative, commercial and operational stakeholders around shared priorities.
  • An ownership-driven mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, make decisions and remain accountable for commercial results.
  • Experience in motorcycle, cycling, outdoor, sports or protective apparel is an advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian. Any other priority-market languages are an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Real product ownership - shape our category strategy, assortment, pricing and product roadmap, with direct impact on commercial performance.
  • Global exposure - help grow an international product portfolio and collaborate with retail partners, suppliers and industry experts.
  • A rider mindset in practice - motorcycle licence support, access to company motorcycles and an annual budget for Pando Moto products.
  • Flexibility and autonomy - a hybrid work model built on trust, ownership and results.
  • Health and wellbeing support - private health insurance.
  • Growth opportunities - a personal learning budget and space to grow professionally as the company continues to scale internationally.
  • A strong team culture - monthly Friday lunches, team events, birthday gifts, and a pet-friendly office.
  • A supportive, rider-driven environment - built on trust, respect, ambition and a shared passion for motorcycles.

Joining Pando Moto means becoming part of a small, ambitious and fast-moving team building motorcycle gear with real purpose, combining protection, performance and style without compromise.

We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas and make an impact. Join us and help shape the future of performance-driven motorcycle gear.

Apply and help us build what riders will wear next.
