With a rapidly expanding retail footprint and a commitment to creating engaging, innovative shopping environments, we are building the infrastructure and teams necessary to support our continued growth.

As we expand our presence across the United States and international markets, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Facilities to lead facilities operations across our retail portfolio and corporate locations.

This position will also serve as a critical partner to the Real Estate, Construction, Retail Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to support new store openings, renovations, and ongoing business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader with extensive experience managing facilities across a high-growth, multi-unit retail organization. They must be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
