Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow Azazie’s business through campaign execution, performance analysis, and digital experience improvements. This role will collaborate across teams to increase customer engagement, conversion, and revenue while supporting a variety of marketing projects.

Please Note: This is an onsite position based in San Jose, CA. We are only considering candidates who are local to San Jose/Bay Area and able to accommodate the required onsite schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, content coordination, campaign setup, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Improve customer engagement through segmentation, personalized communications, and automated customer journeys.
• Support affiliate partnerships, including partner outreach, promotional coordination, and performance optimization.
• Conduct A/B tests across messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve results.
• Track website and campaign metrics, analyze customer behavior, and recommend improvements to conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience, with strong hands-on experience in email/CRM or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with segmentation, automated journeys, and email campaign optimization; or affiliate recruitment, partner management, and promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency with relevant marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Impact, CJ, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fashion, retail, bridal, or consumer e-commerce experience preferred; familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus.
