Works closely with the Division Manager to shape and drive overall marketplace strategy across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Owns TikTok Shop performance end-to-end (including P&L and content strategy) as the priority platform, while supporting cross-platform campaign planning, performance tracking, and platform relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Division Manager in shaping marketplace strategy and platform priorities across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
• Consolidate cross-platform performance (GMV, net contribution, cost drivers), identify gaps, and escalate risks and opportunities with clear recommendations
• Align the campaign calendar across platforms to avoid conflicts and maximize impact
• Support platform AM relationships and negotiations across all platforms (commission, campaign support, funding, logistics issues)
• Benchmark practices across platforms and transfer learnings to improve each channel
• Manage TikTok Shop daily GMV: monitor, identify gaps, escalate risks
• Propose platform strategy and direction for TikTok
• Own TikTok Shop content strategy: define channel persona and brand voice, key storylines and messages, and content pillars
• Build monthly content plan aligned with campaign calendar and category priorities; coach and review the Junior team member on day-to-day content execution
• Track content performance (views, engagement, CTR, conversion to GMV) and adjust persona, storyline, and monthly plan accordingly

Job Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

-3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, digital marketing, or commercial analytics (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms)

-Experience in campaign planning and performance analysis, with proven ability to turn data into decisions

-Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis

-AI skills: hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to support analysis, content ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency

-Good communication and presentation skills; able to prepare clear summaries and recommendations for management

-Able to develop strategy: plans strategy and campaigns on marketplace / social commerce platforms

Nice to have

-Content creation skills (content, creative, short video)

-Experience in affiliate / live commerce on TikTok Shop
