About the role

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan and execute the channel's marketing calendar, covering CRM, campaigns, promotions, and on-platform merchandising, to drive customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and basket growth.
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that automate repetitive marketing operations, including creative production, campaign reporting, copy generation, and data checks.
  • Apply AI tools in day-to-day execution—drafting and localising copy, generating and reviewing creative variants, and summarising CRM and sales data—while exercising judgement on when outputs meet the standard to ship.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle programs across push, in-app, email, and channels like coupons, designing offers as measurable tests and reporting results honestly.
  • Track and report weekly performance on orders, new customers, repeat rates, basket size, and promotion ROI, translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Work with merchants and category teams to secure campaign participation, offers, and assets, and support the live commerce slate from line-up through to post-show reporting.
  • Write and approve customer-facing copy in Traditional Chinese, and liaise with product, IT, operations, design, and customer service to keep campaigns moving.
  • Plan and manage the channel's paid advertising, covering budget allocation, audience and creative testing, and ongoing optimization against ROAS targets.

Who Is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 7 years of working experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer marketing (experience in grocery or fresh categories is an advantage).
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrable use of AI or automation tools in actual work—candidates should be ready to walk through a project they have built or improved, and the time or resources it saved.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, including building segments, running campaigns, and measuring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working in spreadsheets.
  • Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment where plans change daily.
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
