Job Title: Working Student D2C - Paid Social, Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in our Performance Marketing team, you will support the day-to-day operation of our paid social channels and help drive D2C

revenue. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, creative briefing, and promotion execution, while also contributing to other DTC

(Direct-to-Consumer) initiatives within the E-Commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube): setup, budget and status monitoring, and routine

optimizations under guidance of the Paid Social team.

• Create and manage creative briefs for paid social: gather product and promotion inputs, align with Brand, Content, and Category Management,

and track asset delivery.

• Assist with campaign management: audience and creative setup, ad copy coordination, UTM/tracking checks, and QA before launch.
• Help plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaign moments (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas) across paid

social, including offer and voucher coordination.

• Support TikTok Shop paid activities in collaboration with the Social Commerce team.
• Track campaign performance (spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR, revenue), maintain reporting dashboards, and prepare weekly reports with optimization

recommendations.

• Run creative and offer tests (A/B) and document learnings in a central library.
• Assist with creator content for paid amplification (e.g., whitelisting, usage rights administration).
• Monitor competitor promotions, platform updates, and market trends, and translate them into test ideas.
• Support the DTC team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in paid social, performance marketing, and digital commerce.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel/PowerPoint skills; first experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style; comfortable juggling several campaigns and deadlines.
• Good sense for creative quality and clear briefing, in order to translate promotion goals into usable creative requests.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Availability: 20 hours per week (flexibility during Semester breaks and exams).
