Business Representative – TikTok Shop US VerificationAbout the Opportunity

Flixme World LLC is a US-registered company expanding its e-commerce operations across major online marketplaces in the United States. We are looking for a US-based representative to assist with the business identity verification process for TikTok Shop US.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with the initial TikTok Shop US identity verification process, where permitted by TikTok's policies.
• Be available for future verification or re-verification requests during the contract period, if required.
• No day-to-day involvement in business operations is expected.
• No investment or regular work commitment is required.
• Responsibilities will be limited to the specific activities agreed upon in the written contract and permitted by applicable laws and TikTok policies.

Compensation

• $1,000 per year, paid in exchange for the agreed availability and verification-related services.
• $100 for verification after completing a year we send $1000.
• Payment schedule and other compensation terms will be specified in the written agreement.

Requirements

• Must be a current US resident.
• Must have valid identification and any other documentation legally required for the specific verification process.
• Must have a valid US phone number if required.
• Must be available to complete the initial verification process and respond to legitimate re-verification requests, if needed.
• Must be willing to enter into a written agreement outlining the scope of the engagement.

Legal Protection and Agreement

A written agreement will be established between both parties to clarify the terms of the engagement, including:

• The limited scope of the representative's role.
• No ownership interest in Flixme World LLC unless separately agreed in writing.
• Allocation of responsibilities, liabilities, taxes, and expenses in accordance with applicable law.
• Confidentiality and privacy protections for personal and business information.
• Annual compensation, payment terms, contract duration, and termination conditions.
• Compliance with TikTok Shop policies and applicable US laws.

Important: All verification must be completed truthfully using information belonging to the person or business being verified, as required by TikTok. The representative must not lend or misrepresent their identity, SSN, or personal credentials to bypass platform eligibility or verification requirements.
