Founded in 2010, POP MART is a leading global pop culture and entertainment company. With IP at its core, POP MART works with artists and designers worldwide to develop and operate IPs, creating products, services and entertainment experiences for consumers.
Its portfolio includes beloved IP characters such as THE MONSTERS, TWINKLE TWINKLE, CRYBABY, DIMOO, SKULLPANDA, Hirono and MOLLY. As of the first half of 2026, POP MART had more than 100 million registered members worldwide, operated 676 physical stores and over 2,800 ROBO SHOP vending machines, and reached nearly 100 countries and regions through cross-border e-commerce platforms, bringing joy to consumers around the world.
POP MART’s overseas business is expanding rapidly, and TikTok live streaming in the US is a core business segment. As the lead of the US local live streaming project, you will be fully responsible for building the local US live streaming team from scratch, developing a sustainable matrix of local hosts and on-site operators, overseeing end-to-end live studio operations, and driving GMV growth of designer toy live streams across North America.
Establish the talent system for US live streaming operations and expand channels to recruit local hosts and on-site operators. Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, trial broadcast assessments, and contract signing, to build a continuously iterative talent pool for live streaming.
Develop US-market tailored systems for host performance assessment, compensation incentives, and scheduling. Build standardized new hire training systems, and create exclusive training materials covering designer toy live streaming scripts, product knowledge, and TikTok platform compliance rules. Reduce host turnover, resolve cross-cultural conflicts, and handle live broadcast emergencies including order fulfillment issues and social media fan backlash (e.g., overselling, escalated customer complaints).
Master the core logic of TikTok traffic generation and conversion. Develop monthly live streaming plans, scheduling frameworks, and product release cadences for US live rooms. Design live broadcast campaigns, new product exclusive sessions, and fan benefit activities aligned with local US entertainment culture, fan preferences, and POP MART IPs such as Molly and Labubu. Conduct daily data reviews covering core metrics including traffic, conversion rate, and average order value, propose actionable optimization strategies, and steadily lift live room GMV.
Formulate complete SOPs for US local live studio operations. Collaborate closely with product, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams to guarantee stable order fulfillment for overseas live streams. Liaise with overseas social media teams and coordinate short-video content teams to drive traffic to live rooms.
Break down overall team targets into monthly GMV KPIs for the US team, track delivery progress, and maintain performance records. Host regular cross-border online review meetings combining US on-site and China headquarters teams, guide operators to refine live streaming execution, and develop replicable high-performance live streaming playbooks for overseas markets.
