About Us
Lux Decor Collection is a growing e-commerce company selling home goods, bedding, apparel, and other consumer products through major online marketplaces, including TikTok Shop.
We are expanding our live shopping operations on TikTok LIVE, Whatnot, and other platforms. We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy talking to people, presenting products, and driving sales through livestreams and live auctions.
This is an excellent opportunity for college students, aspiring content creators, social media enthusiasts, experienced salespeople, and anyone who enjoys being on camera.
What You'll Do

• Host TikTok LIVE shopping sessions featuring bedding, comforters, bed sheets, pillows, apparel, and other consumer products.
• Present products in an engaging, entertaining, and persuasive way.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, respond to comments, and encourage purchases.
• Demonstrate product features, colors, sizes, materials, and benefits.
• Lead or participate in fast-paced live auctions, flash sales, and rapid product presentations on platforms such as Whatnot.
• Maintain high energy and keep viewers engaged throughout each livestream.
• Use sales techniques to communicate product value, handle objections, and close sales in real time.
• Work with product assistants to prepare products and keep the live-selling process running smoothly.
• Help plan shows, organize product presentations, and coordinate promotions.
• Assist with basic studio setup, including cameras, lighting, audio, and other equipment.
• Help create a positive shopping experience and build a loyal audience.
• Follow the livestream schedule and work toward sales and engagement goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Outgoing, energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Persuasive and comfortable presenting products and encouraging customers to buy.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to think quickly and engage viewers naturally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Interested in social media, online shopping, sales, fashion, home decor, or content creation.
• Able to maintain enthusiasm during extended live sessions.
• Previous TikTok LIVE, Whatnot, livestream selling, hosting, retail sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

No large social media following is required. We care more about your personality, communication skills, reliability, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Candidates with strong sales experience and the ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and close deals are especially encouraged to apply.
