• Develop a content plan based on current trends
• Create captions for content and social media campaigns/activity.
• Communicate with followers, response to comments and message, record complaints, questions and issues
• Contributing ideas, planning communication Strategies, and following up activities for Marketing campaigns.
• Using social media analytical tools and creating social media reports.
• Post & schedule content on social media accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism
• Proven experience in the same field (2 year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing / copywriting skills
• Experienced in making new ideas and content details of social media platform
• Proven experience in successfully delivering social media, campaigns & projects implementation
• Understand social media insights that are provided from social media listening tools.
