Internship Opening (Unpaid, Remote)

This is an unpaid internship. The intern will support our athlete partnerships team by researching athletes by school and sport, reaching out about NIL opportunities, and keeping all communication organized.

Electro is redefining hydration with a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. We partner with college athletes nationwide, along with professional athletes across the NBA and NFL.

Eligible for university credit. We support whatever your school requires, whether that is internship course credit, graduation credit, or any other academic credit you need.

About You

• Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication.
• Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences.
• Ability to commit a few hours each day on a flexible schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
• Send personalized messages and emails to NIL athletes about partnership opportunities.
• Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership.
• Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing.
• Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference.
