Social Media & Marketing Executive
About the role
Are you a creative, platform-savvy social media professional who can take an idea from concept to finished post or video, and build an engaged community around it?
Iles Formula, the founder-led haircare brand created by celebrity hairstylist Wendy Iles, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to bring our brand stories, professional expertise and products to life.
What you'll do
- Plan, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with design and copy that reflect our brand voice.
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Stories and LinkedIn.
- Manage our online community: respond thoughtfully to comments and messages, and make sure product questions get accurate answers.
- Track performance and deliver clear reports through our reporting platform, using insights to improve content and grow engagement.
- Coordinate the on-time delivery of creative assets to our Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce teams.
- Support the founder's daily schedule, meeting reminders and travel arrangements.
- Manage a content calendar, meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the team.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience managing social media and community engagement for a brand or business.
- Strong video editing skills and confidence creating content from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and content tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or ChatGPT.
- Excellent written English and an adaptable tone of voice.
- Strong organisation, reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your social content and video work.
- Experience in beauty, haircare or fashion is a plus.
