Open Role: Unpaid Internship

This is an unpaid internship. We are seeking an intern to help expand our partnerships with college and professional athletes through daily outreach, athlete qualification, and partner onboarding.

Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. The company has grown through NIL athlete partnerships, athlete-led social content, and one of the largest college ambassador programs in sports nutrition.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results.
• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines.
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
• Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records.

Ideal Candidate

• Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences.
• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided).
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
