What Your Work Will Look Like

• Filming, editing, pitching and scheduling organic social media content natively across Instagram, and TikTok.
• Potentially appearing on camera for both organic content and Meta ad creative.
• Actively contributing to content ideation
• Keeping a close eye on platform trends and cultural moments that Craftmix can authentically tap into and flagging them to the team in real time.

Requirements

• Ability to film in Los Angeles (likely west side) 3-4 times per month
• Experience in Filming & Editing social media videos
• Someone who genuinely lives on TikTok and Instagram and understands the culture, the trends, and what actually performs.
• Confident and natural on camera
• A true team player who communicates openly, takes feedback gracefully, and makes the people around them better.
• Adaptable and energized by variety, thriving when priorities shift and no two days look the same.
• Strong written communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
