About the role
We are looking for two Senior Product Managers to join our Machine Learning Research team — one supporting Boostlab (ML scoring for the Sponsored Offers product area) and one supporting Reco-Research (personalization and discovery within Allegro's Recommendations platform). In this role, you will focus on moving from problem framing to measurable business outcomes. The preferred location for this role is Warsaw. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to own product discovery and delivery for ML-powered capabilities. Team assignment will be discussed during the recruitment process based on your background and interests.
You have proven product management experience in digital products with ownership of medium-term objectives (6-12 months).
You know English at least at a B2 level.
You have the ability to define clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes, not only delivery outputs.
You possess a practical understanding of ML-enabled products and the ability to cooperate effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams.
You have strong business acumen and experience with KPI-driven prioritization in e-commerce, advertising, or marketplace environments.
You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with Director-level and cross-functional teams.
You have the ability to use AI-assisted discovery and synthesis methods to improve product decision quality.
Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
