Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage & optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions
• Track & analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) for continuous improvements
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences & bidding strategies
• Leverage Google Analytics & attribution models for data-backed decisions
• Collaborate with teams to align paid media strategies with brand goals
• Optimize ad spends to maximize revenue & customer acquisition

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and handled 1 cr+ budget on monthly basis
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads with a proven track record of scaling campaigns
• Strong analytical skills & experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking & data-driven marketing
• Background in D2C, beauty, personal care, or wellness brands is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify & first-party data strategies is a bonus
