We’re looking for someone who has done this before: recruited great creators, built lasting relationships, and turned those partnerships into measurable sales. Someone who is hungry, takes initiative, and wants to build a program they can eventually lead full-time.

About the Role

Each week, we’ll review creator opportunities, active relationships, content, and results. You’ll bring clear recommendations and take ownership of the next steps.

Together, we’ll review past and potential influencers, discuss the right content, trends, and identify which creator + content can drive meaningful brand growth.

The biggest key: your biggest talent lies at building real, lasting relationships with influencers. Not surface-level partnerships. You’ve successfully built a program like this before.

We’ll meet once a week for one hour at a local coffee shop or the Bond Collective in Austin, TX to align on strategy, priorities, and next steps.

We want to actively work with our creators, help them improve their content, and make Sweetflexx a rewarding brand to grow with.

You know how to find creators who actually fit the brand.

You understand the difference between influence and follower count.

You are organized, proactive, and great at follow-up.

You’ve successfully built a profitable program before.

You bring ideas, trends, and creator opportunities to the table every week.

You care deeply about relationships, trust, and helping people grow.

You’re based in Austin and available to meet once a week in person.

Role Details

Type: Part-time

Location: Austin, TX

Work hours: We anticipate approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with flexibility for an experienced candidate who can make a meaningful contribution in fewer hours.

Our first priority is to build and validate the program. As we establish repeatable results and the opportunity requires more hands-on involvement, our intention is to grow this into a full-time role.
