About the role

WE’RE HIRING | Senior Growth Marketing Manager 🐴

📍 Antrim, Northern Ireland | Hybrid (2 days WFH)

💷 £45,000–£50,000 + profit-linked performance bonus

📅 Full-time, permanent | Northern Ireland residents only

At Equinutritive, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who understands that revenue growth only matters when it translates into profitable growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the commercial performance of our e-commerce acquisition engine, combining paid media, customer psychology, data, creative strategy and conversion optimisation to drive sustainable growth.

Since 2014, Equinutritive has been creating natural, science-backed supplements for horses. We operate in a specialist, enthusiast-led market where understanding our customers, earning their trust and communicating the right message are essential to success.

What you’ll own

📈 Paid Acquisition & Profitability

Lead our Meta and Google Ads strategy, managing budgets, bidding, testing and scaling opportunities with a clear focus on CAC, LTV, MER and contribution margin - not just platform-reported ROAS.

📊 Attribution & Data

Own our tracking and measurement infrastructure, using Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale and first-party data to understand performance and make better commercial decisions in a post-iOS14 environment.

🎯 Audience & Creative Strategy

Research the motivations, behaviours and buying triggers of horse owners. Turn those insights into compelling creative briefs and structured testing programmes that improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.

🛒 E-commerce & Customer Lifetime Value

Analyse and optimise the full customer journey, from ad click to landing page, checkout, email retention and subscriptions. Drive improvements in conversion rate, average order value and customer lifetime value.

🔎 SEO & Organic Growth

Lead our organic search strategy, developing technical SEO, content and keyword opportunities to capture high-intent search traffic.

💡 Commercial Strategy & Reporting

Own acquisition forecasting, budget pacing, performance reporting and P&L analysis. Translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform leadership decisions and keep growth commercially sustainable.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider marketing team, with the autonomy to challenge assumptions, test new opportunities and shape how we grow.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce performance or growth marketing experience, ideally scaling D2C brands.
  • Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4.
  • A deep understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin and profitability.
  • The analytical curiosity to investigate customer behaviour, challenge surface-level reporting and uncover what is genuinely driving performance.
  • The ability to connect data with creative strategy, customer psychology and purposeful experimentation.
  • An understanding of SEO,AEO,GEO and its role in sustainable e-commerce growth.
  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.

Experience with Triple Whale, Klaviyo, subscription or replenishment models, AI platforms and enthusiast-led markets would be a strong advantage.

What you’ll get

  • £45,000–£50,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • Quarterly performance bonus linked to growth milestones and profitability targets.
  • Hybrid working, with two days from home and free parking at our Antrim office.
  • Company pension, generous holiday allowance and quarterly team events.
  • Genuine autonomy, direct commercial impact and the opportunity to progress into senior leadership.

We’re a small, ambitious team that values being kind, caring, helpful, determined and always striving for excellence. We take our work seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously — and a genuine love of animals is essential.

Think you’re the person who can help us grow smarter and more profitably?
