Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz Tanta. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for the brand, including campaign materials, lookbooks, digital assets, and print collateral. The Senior Graphic Designer Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels and collections. Daily tasks include creating and refining logos, designing promotional materials, selecting typography, and preparing final artwork for production. The role also involves overseeing design quality, mentoring junior designers, and contributing creative input to photoshoots, social media content, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven ability to create compelling visual concepts and layouts.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand character.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools).
• Demonstrated experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle branding is highly beneficial.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work, including branding and campaign design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
