Compensation: $115,000-$125,000

Role Description

The Senior Content Producer is the team's hands-on producer, videographer and editor, owning end-to-end production of social-first content for L'AGENCE, turning brand and product moments into a steady, on-brand pipeline of video, photo and editorial assets for organic and paid social. The Sr. Content Producer works alongside the Social Media Coordinator and Senior Manager of Social and Content. The role exists to raise content volume and speed without diluting the brand: more platform-native assets per launch, faster turnaround on trends, and a library that paid, organic, CRM and wholesale teams can reuse.

Key responsibilities

Production ownership

  • Produce social content from concept to delivery: briefs, shot lists, call sheets, scheduling, on-set direction and post-production.
  • Film and edit social campaigns and other content needs as the team's in-house videographer and editor, and photograph shoots as needed; coordinate talent, styling, locations, product samples and any freelance crew.
  • Manage production budgets and timelines per shoot; track spend against plan.
  • Build a repeatable "always-on" content cadence alongside larger campaign and seasonal drops.

Platform-native content

  • Create assets built for each platform: Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and emerging channels.
  • Capture lo-fi, trend-responsive content quickly, including behind-the-scenes, styling, fit and product-detail formats.
  • Partner on creator, influencer and UGC content: brief creators, direct shoots and edit their footage into brand assets.
  • Creative bench and curation. Partner on building and maintaining our creator bench: source, vet, and recommend on-brand creators across ShopMy, Substack, TikTok, and Instagram based on aesthetic fit, and advise on which creators produce brand-right content for each platform
  • Support live shopping and streaming content with pre-produced segments and cutdowns.

Cross-channel reuse

  • Deliver asset variations for paid social (hooks, aspect ratios, lengths) in partnership with the paid media team.
  • Supply cutdowns for CRM (email, SMS), site, and wholesale and retail partners.
  • Adapt content for international markets with the localization approach set by the team.

Process and quality

  • Own the content calendar's production side and keep a searchable asset library with usage rights tracked.
  • Hold work to L'AGENCE brand standards for styling, lighting, tone and product accuracy.
  • Review performance data with the Sr. Manager, Social & Content and feed learnings into the next production cycle.
  • Plugged into culture and current trends, especially across social and creator content.

Success measures

Success is judged on output, speed and performance; targets below are placeholders to set against current baselines.

  • Content volume: Assets delivered per month vs. plan, by platform
  • Turnaround: Days from brief to publish-ready, including trend content
  • Engagement: Engagement and save/share rate per format vs. prior period
  • Paid efficiency: Share of paid social creative sourced from this pipeline; creative win rate
  • Reuse: Assets reused across CRM, site and wholesale
  • Budget: Production spend within plan per shoot and per quarter

First 90 days

  • Days 1–30: audit current content, workflows and asset library; meet paid, organic and digital partners.
  • Days 31–60: launch a production calendar and brief template; run first owned shoots.
  • Days 61–90: hit a steady weekly cadence and share a first performance readout with recommended format bets.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years producing content, with 3+ focused on social for a fashion, luxury or lifestyle brand.
  • Portfolio of shipped social work across short-form video, photo and editorial formats.
  • Hands-on with shoot production: budgets, crew, talent, styling, locations and usage rights.
  • Strong videography and editing skills: camera, lighting and audio on set; Premiere Pro or CapCut in post; reel required. Photography with Lightroom and Photoshop a strong plus.
  • Fluency in platform trends, formats and specs for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Organized under pressure, able to run several productions at once.

Preferred

  • Experience producing paid social creative and testing variants.
  • Creator, influencer or UGC production experience.
  • International or multi-market content experience.
  • Familiarity with live shopping or streaming formats.
  • Second language (French a plus).
