Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) creates ultralight, compact reusable bags for customers worldwide. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Amazon Manager to handle our business and drive profitable growth across several international marketplaces.

What you’ll do

• Own Amazon strategy, sales performance, and profitability.
• Manage a team of 5–7 across marketplace operations, catalog and design.
• Take leadership in setting priorities and running focused team meetings.
• Understand PPC campaigns, budgets, and advertising efficiency.
• Improve listings, SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Store performance.
• Work with our creative team to improve product images, videos, and conversion rates.
• Plan product launches, promotions, and marketplace expansion.
• Coordinate FBA inventory forecasting and replenishment with our operations team.
• Manage account health, catalog issues, and Seller Central operations.
• Track key metrics and turn insights into clear actions.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of Amazon experience with proven results growing brands profitably.
• Strong expertise in Seller Central, listing optimization, Amazon Ads, SEO, and FBA.
• Proven track record of directing and guiding a team with multiple team members.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of Amazon margins and unit economics.
• Excellent English, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently.
