Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, beauty stores, salons, clinics, and distributors.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Handle orders, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
• Support promotional activities and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 year experience in Sales, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or Retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work in the field and conduct customer visits.
• Good knowledge/interest in beauty and skincare products.
• Having a network in beauty stores, salons, clinics, or distributors is a plus.
• Having a valid driving license and personal vehicle is preferred.
