Trunk is a menswear store from London for those looking to discover a worldly, contemporary take on classic style. From sharp tailoring to cosy knitwear, we present a considered edit of quality, wearable clothes and accessories from around the globe.

Founded in 2010, Trunk offers a curated edit of emerging and established brands from Japan, Europe, the US and beyond, alongside our own in-house Trunk label. Our Zurich store opened in 2018 and is located on Dufourstrasse in the Seefeld quarter, sharing a space next door to the Monocle Shop and Café.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Sales Assistant to support our Zurich team on an as-needed basis, covering holidays, sickness absences and occasional busy periods.

This is a flexible, hourly-paid position suited to someone who enjoys working in a premium retail environment and can step in when required. Availability at short notice is an advantage, alongside the ability to plan ahead for scheduled holiday cover.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide thoughtful, knowledgeable advice on our collections.
• Support day-to-day sales and deliver the high level of personal service Trunk is known for.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain an inviting, well-presented store.
• Help with stock management, replenishment and general shop-floor operations.
• Support the team with daily routines and ensure a smooth running of the store.

About You

• You have a genuine interest in menswear, quality craftsmanship and contemporary classic style.
• You have experience in retail, ideally in premium or luxury fashion.
• You are friendly, professional, reliable and comfortable working independently when needed.
• You are flexible and able to support the team during holiday periods and, occasionally, at short notice.
• You speak fluent German and have a good command of English.
• You enjoy working as part of a small team and value a thoughtful, customer-focused approach.
