TITLE: SALES AND CONTENT LEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

Estelle Colored Glass’ Sales and Content Lead is whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and

organized person who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service

experience, and passionate about creating Branded Content for Estelle Colored Glass. They act

as brand ambassadors and provide a best-in-class retail experience. They are the host of the

party that provides a smooth retail experience to our customers, supports our mocktail bar, and drives traffic to our flagship store through social media.

REQUIREMENTS

Genuine enthusiasm for retail and content creation who holds an outgoing, friendly demeanor.

An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a natural

communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of

perfectionism. This person embodies the Estelle attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who

loves people and driving sales through social media. We require open availability, including weekends and holidays for this position.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

AVAILABILITY DURING PEAK TIMES

As a full-time member of our retail team, we ask for flexibility during our busiest times of year.

The fourth quarter (holiday season) and other peak periods are especially important for our

business, and we typically need all hands on deck to support our customers. Because of this,

time-off requests—including vacations—may be limited or not approved during these black out

times. We encourage team members to plan personal travel and extended time off outside of

these peak seasons.

STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE

• Interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product

questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship.

• Offer every customer an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary mocktail in one of our

Estelle glasses.

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventory

guidelines.

• Participate in nightly cleanings of store and bar areas
• Oversee customer flow and Estelle experience.
• Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, the store is always client-ready

and tidy at all times.

• Actively maintain a strong customer service presence on the sales floor to deter theft

and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Process transactions accurately, while handling credit cards and gift cards. ( We do not

accept cash.)

• Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand and

enhancing client relationships (These could be outside of normal business hours.)

• Follow store opening and closing procedures.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Marketing team to captain instore content creation

on a daily/weekly basis, as needed for any social media and other relevant channels to

increase engagement, attract new customers, and support overall marketing goals. (This

includes Strong Storytelling, Celebrating Heritage, Elevate Entertaining, and Warm

Feelings of Gathering.)

• This position Captains Estelle Colored Glass’s TikTok Account and its analytics.
