THE ROLE: STORE CREW MEMBER

AKA: TURNING WALK-INS INTO DIE-HARD FANS

You're the face of House of Riegillio Berlin. You make customers feel welcome, help them find their next favourite piece, and make sure the store looks as good as the people shopping in it.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, deliver an excellent customer experience, and maintain the standards our brand stands for.

This role also requires someone who can confidently take responsibility for the store independently. You know how to organise your work, make decisions, handle unexpected situations, and keep things moving without needing someone to tell you what to do.

You know that great retail isn't just about selling clothes. It's about understanding people, knowing your products, creating an experience, and making customers want to come back for more.

Whether someone is looking for their first pair of fetish trousers or adding another leather piece to their collection, you're there to help them find exactly what they're looking for.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES

AKA: MAKE THEM FEEL SOMETHING

• Welcome customers into the store and create an open, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere.
• Help customers find the right products, sizes, fits, and styles.
• Share your product knowledge and give honest, confident styling advice.
• Turn curiosity into purchases without being pushy. Nobody likes that guy.
• Handle transactions, payments, and the cash register accurately.
• Build relationships with customers and help grow our community in Berlin.

STORE OPERATIONS

AKA: KEEP THE PLACE LOOKING HOT

• Keep the store clean, organised, and looking its absolute best.
• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and make sure products are presented properly.
• Receive deliveries, unpack products, and help keep stock organised.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team.
• Support stock counts, transfers, and other day-to-day store operations.
• Make sure opening and closing routines are taken care of.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

AKA: turning "meh" into "hell yeah"

• Learn our collections, materials, fits, sizing, and product details.
• Understand the differences between leather, PVC, nylon, sportswear, and other materials.
• Stay up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and current collections.
• Help customers find products that suit their style, preferences, and budget.
• Take care of our products and share the right advice on fit, wear, and maintenance.

THE BERLIN COMMUNITY

AKA: MORE THAN JUST A STORE

• Help make House of Riegillio a recognisable part of Berlin's queer and fetish scene.
• Create a welcoming environment for people with different backgrounds, styles, and levels of experience.
• Stay connected to what's happening in the local scene and help us understand what our Berlin customers want.
• Support local store initiatives, promotions, and events when needed.
