About Dr. Veda

Dr. Veda Private Limited is a fast-growing D2C beauty and wellness brand focused on creating high-quality, performance-driven products for modern consumers. We are building a strong digital-first presence through innovative marketing strategies, impactful storytelling, and data-driven growth campaigns.

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Expert to own and scale our presence across Q-commerce platforms - Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, visibility, and operational excellence for our D2C brand in the 10-minute commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Ownership & Growth

• Own P&L for all Quick Commerce platforms
• Manage end-to-end account management, listings, cataloging, and content optimization
• Drive growth in GMV, market share, and repeat rates across platforms

2. Strategy & Execution

• Develop platform-wise pricing, promotions, and visibility strategy
• Plan and execute campaigns, platform ads, and banner placements to maximize SOV
• Identify assortment gaps and launch NPDs relevant for Q-commerce

3. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

• Manage dark store mapping, inventory planning, and fill-rate optimization
• Coordinate with demand planning & warehouse teams to ensure >95% serviceability
• Monitor OOS, TAT, return %, and resolve operational issues with platform KAMs

4. Data & Performance

• Track daily KPIs: Sales, CTR, CVR, ROAS, Visibility, Share of Search, OOS%
• Build weekly business reviews and drive insights for growth
• Benchmark competition on pricing, assortment, offers, and visibility

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Design, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Liaise with platform Category Managers and KAMs for JBP and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing Quick Commerce or Marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart)
• Proven track record of scaling a D2C / FMCG / Beauty / Food brand on Q-commerce
• Strong understanding of Q-commerce algorithms, ads manager, and dark store operations
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, data analytics, and platform dashboards
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with platform KAMs
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred

Good to Have

• Experience in D2C / FMCG / Personal Care / Food & Beverage category
• Knowledge of tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar OMS/WMS
• Experience in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Q-commerce platforms
