🚀 We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive – Kidbea® Are you someone who loves numbers, growth, and turning ad spends into results? 📈 Kidbea® is looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of paid campaigns and help drive our next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC & CVR
• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns
• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams
• Monitor customer acquisition and conversion performance
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest D2C, paid media and performance marketing trends

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Prior experience with a D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Good understanding of funnels, attribution and customer acquisition
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
