🚀 We're Hiring: Performance Marketer – Meta & Google Ads

At Ayumcure, we're building science-backed Ayurveda brands and scaling our D2C business. We're looking for a performance marketer who can turn ad spend into profitable growth.

📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
💼 Experience: 3–4 years

What you'll do

• Plan, launch & scale campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, YouTube & Shopping
• Own ROAS, CPA, CAC and conversion targets
• Test creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages
• Set up & monitor tracking — Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM
• Share clear daily/weekly performance reports

What we're looking for

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads budgets
• Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting & attribution
• Good with Excel / Google Sheets and GA4
• Creative sense — you know what makes an ad stop the scroll
• Health, wellness, beauty or D2C experience is a big plus
