Allegiance Flag Supply is hiring team members for our Weekday Manufacturing Shift. This schedule allows you to work a focused five-day week while enjoying a two-day weekend every week.

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

How the Role Works

Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requests and company standards

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our company's standards for craftsmanship and appearance.

Packaging: Utilize appropriate packaging materials to safeguard products during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

Attention to Detail: Verify that orders are correctly assembled, including accurate item selection, quantities, and packaging details.

Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safe working conditions.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any order-related issues, discrepancies, or special requests.

Efficiency: Strive to meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Throughout production, team members also inspect flags at each stage to ensure quality and accuracy.

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and methods.
• Knowledge of flag etiquette and American flag-related products is a plus.
