About the role

Nua is a digital-first, omnichannel brand reimagining women’s wellness with the full attention it’s always deserved – instead of the superficial solutions it’s typically received. We serve nearly 20 lakh women and girls each month with Zero Irritation period care, maternity care, skincare, everyday intimate care, and digital tools like our Period Tracker and SecretKeeper chat.

With a thriving D2C business, we are also the second-largest women’s wellness brand on most Indian e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Since 2017, we have innovated around the neglected, overlooked frictions women and girls face in their wellness journeys – the irritations they’ve learned to manage quietly, the problems that others dismiss as ‘just part of being a woman.’ Our guiding philosophy is “Thought Around You,” to ensure we develop wellness products that truly ease your cycle, body, feelings, and life.

Nua is fast-growing and profitable, powered by a hardworking, supportive, and diverse team that always puts customers first. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, if creative and collaborative problem-solving excites you, and if you’re looking for an opportunity to own true impact, Nua might be the place for you!

About the Role

You will design and execute packaging artwork across Nua's product range, from concept to print-ready files. You will work closely with the NPD, Marketing, Regulatory, and Procurement teams, and with printers and vendors, to ensure packaging is on-brand, compliant, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create packaging designs (cartons, labels, pouches, tubes, bottles, shippers) aligned with Nua's brand guidelines and design language
  • Develop concepts, mock-ups, and presentations for new launches, samplers and limited editions
  • Prepare accurate dielines and print-ready artwork with the right specs: bleeds, color separations, finishes (emboss, matte)
  • Adapt artwork across SKUs, sizes, and variants while keeping design consistency
  • Incorporate mandatory regulatory content (Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics, claims, batch/MRP details) accurately, in coordination with the team
  • Run artwork approvals: proofing, version control, change logs, and sign-offs from stakeholders
  • Maintain the artwork library and templates for easy retrieval and reuse
  • Track project timelines against the NPD calendar and flag risks early

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of packaging design experience (FMCG or personal care preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of print processes (offset, flexo, gravure, digital) and substrates (paperboard, corrugated, films, tubes)
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and Pantone workflows
  • Attention to detail, especially for text, claims, and regulatory accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
