About the role
Pedal Mafia | Australia (Remote / Hybrid) | 10–20% Travel
Born on the streets of Perth, Pedal Mafia was created for cyclists who demand more: more style, more performance, and more connection to the ride. Today we're a global movement of riders who merge cutting-edge design, premium materials, and a rebellious spirit into apparel built for cyclists, by cyclists.
We're looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and grow our Australian custom apparel division. In this role, you'll lead our custom sales team while personally landing and managing high-value partnerships with cycling teams, private clubs, and retail stores across the country.
Reporting to our COO and working closely with our global sales organisation, you'll own revenue across the entire Australian custom pipeline, from first conversation to production hand-off. You'll partner with design, production, marketing, and operations to make sure every custom kit we deliver lives up to Pedal Mafia's premium standards and hits its timeline.
This is a player-coach role for a disciplined sales leader who knows the cycling world inside and out, can mentor a B2B sales team while running their own book of key accounts, and uses data to sharpen how the team prospects and converts.
Pedal Mafia is part of The Digital Stronghold, home to a growing portfolio of diverse consumer apparel and accessories brands, including Taylor Stitch, The Tie Bar, Boston Scally, Pedal Mafia, and Glade Optics. Each brand operates with its own identity and community while benefiting from shared resources, expertise, and a commitment to building brands that last.
This is a remote / hybrid role based in Australia, with 10–20% travel. The role involves a mix of office and field work, including desk-based computer tasks and travel to retail partners, trade shows, and brand events. The position may require standing or walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to approximately 11 kg (e.g., samples or event materials). Some travel — within Australia and internationally — and occasional work outside regular hours may be required to support events or retailer needs.
Pedal Mafia is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of age, disability, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, marital or family status, pregnancy, or any other attribute protected under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA) or the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). The inherent requirements outlined above are provided to support fair and consistent assessment of candidates and reasonable adjustments where required.
All employees share responsibility for workplace health and safety under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA), including taking reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their work, and cooperating with Pedal Mafia's health and safety policies and procedures.
If you're a sales leader who lives and breathes cycling and wants to grow one of the most exciting custom apparel programs in the country, we want to hear from you. Apply today and help us put more riders in kit they're proud to wear.

Pedal Mafia was built off the relationships and stories we create on the road.
