We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate, strategic, and creative to drive our brand's growth in Canada and internationally.

🎯 Your mission will be to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth through creative, effective marketing and communication strategies aligned with our objectives.

🧭 Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales in Canada and internationally.
• Define, coordinate, and monitor marketing plans and their associated budgets.
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives.
• Plan, create, and launch targeted marketing campaigns to engage customers and support marketing objectives.
• Contribute to brand development, including products, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Manage the company's social media presence by creating content, engaging with communities, and tracking performance.
• Promote the brand within cycling communities and through media, associations, and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the company's digital tools and processes.
• Support customer service operations.

You are someone who

• Wants to take a local brand to the next level;
• Has solid experience in digital marketing and e-commerce;
• Is proficient with Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and other e-commerce applications;
• Demonstrates leadership, autonomy, and creativity;
• Is comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution;
• Has strong organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills;
• Is fluent in both French and English, written and spoken;
• Knows and loves the world of cycling and the outdoors.
