The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our team at Suu Balm Malaysia.

In this role, you will support trade marketing activities, retail promotions, events and marketing campaigns in Malaysia. You will also be involved in content coordination and day-to-day marketing operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating and bringing marketing ideas to life.

Work Arrangement: Office-based, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing & Events

• Support trade marketing activities in Malaysia, including retail promotions, campaigns and point-of-sale materials.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows and other trade activities from start to finish.
• Work closely with vendors, retail partners, event venues and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.

2. Campaign Execution & Content

• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials in accordance with Suu Balm’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
• Create, coordinate, or adapt marketing content for social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.

3. Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Track campaign and event performance, prepare reports and suggest areas for improvement.
• Maintain marketing inventory records, budgets, timelines and administrative documents.
• Carry out other duties or projects assigned by Management to support business needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in trade marketing or events. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with marketing or design tools is an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to take on different tasks when needed.
• Resourceful, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work.

• Deliver marketing events and campaigns on time and within budget.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and consistent with Suu Balm's brand guidelines.
• Build good working relationships with vendors, retail partners and internal teams.

• Support sales through retail promotions and marketing activities.
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently when needed.
