Onsite role at the beauty headquarters (North Wales, PA) to manage 5 team members.
Hands-on Marketing Leader needed.

Looking for a director to lead the marketing function for growing 30+ year old CPG.
The director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy, strengthening the brand, conducting market or competitive research, developing compelling content and sales tools, creating integrated marketing campaigns that support company growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Consumer Product Goods, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or closely related industry.
- US College Degree
- Developed marketing strategies and campaigns
- Written Marketing content
- Created or contributed to sales presentations
- Developed Brand positioning, messaging or brand guidelines
- Conduct own competitive and market research
- Hands on for individually and with a team
- Work with agencies and outside specialist without becoming dependent on them
- Work with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or another creative tool
