We're looking for individuals with certifications and experience in Makeup Artistry & Beauty Therapy to join our team of passionate, customer-obsessed individuals who love beauty and thrive on creating meaningful connections. About the Role

As a key team member in our trailblazing concept store, you won't just be working retail — you'll be delivering professional in-store beauty services and curating a one-of-a-kind customer experience.

This hybrid role blends hands-on beauty therapy with premium retail — one moment you'll be delivering a glowing facial, the next, helping a customer find their perfect foundation match. Every interaction is an opportunity to delight and empower.

You'll need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and annual seasonal holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, personalised facial treatments and makeup applications in a professional, welcoming environment
• Provide beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to help customers feel confident and cared for
• Maintain high clinical and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with infection control and public health regulations
• Support and assist with in-store activations, service appointments, and brand events
• Step onto the retail floor to engage customers, assist with product demos, and ensure visual merchandising excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values authenticity, initiative, and continuous learning
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the BeautyBar experience to life every day

Skills & Experience Required

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy by a Registered Training Organisation (required).
• Minimum 1yr experience performing professional facial treatments and makeup applications in a retail or salon/spa environment
• Brow & Lash experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols, hygiene practices, and public health regulations
• Knowledge of facial equipment and tools including LED, oxygen, microdermabrasion, and exfoliation devices
• Prior experience in retail, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector
• Warm, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Professional personal presentation and genuine passion for beauty and wellness
