Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing global ecommerce fashion brand. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail oriented Logistics Specialist to support freight operations, shipment accuracy, and logistics coordination across our growing business.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring inbound shipments are accurately reconciled, freight discrepancies are resolved efficiently, and logistics operations run smoothly.

Position Overview

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day logistics and freight operations, including inbound freight reconciliation, shipment discrepancy resolution, and freight claims management.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile inbound freight shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• File, track, and manage freight claims with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and logistics partners.
• Communicate with warehouse, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of logistics issues.
• Support ongoing logistics, supply chain, and administrative activities.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, and logistics partners.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an international direct-to-consumer (DTC) or ecommerce environment is a strong asset.
