Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including IP addressing, DNS, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permission settings across various systems and platforms.
• Maintain IT asset management life cycle.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, as well as support the upkeep of IT administration databases.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users to gather information, provide guidance, and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support IT initiatives and improve support processes.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and evolving work environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, including basic troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user support.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, connectivity).
• Knowledge of user account management and system permissions.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with IT admin databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
