💡 What You’ll Do
- Lead Full Product Lifecycles: Spearhead the end-to-end design and development of our core shapewear, lingerie, seamless intimates, and functional swimwear lines.
- Innovate & Elevate: Drive trend research, fabric innovation, garment structure, and ergonomic fit adjustments that combine ultimate comfort with viral aesthetic appeal.
- Commercialization & Craft: Translate creative vision into high-performing, commercially viable collections that dominate the U.S. market.
- Hands-on Execution: Build tech packs, oversee sampling & fittings, and collaborate with technical teams and global supply partners to bring perfection to life.
🌟 Who You Are
- 5+ Years of Proven Expertise: Deep experience designing lingerie, shapewear, or swimwear specifically for the U.S. domestic market.
- Industry Top-Tier Background: Experience with or inspiration from top-tier brands (e.g., SKIMS, Honeylove, Victoria’s Secret, or similar leading intimate brands) is highly valued!
- Master of Fit & Fabric: Expert knowledge in fabric sourcing, compression levels, pattern construction, and body-conscious design.
- DTC & Retail Savvy: Highly attuned to U.S. female shopping behaviors, viral aesthetics, and the fast-paced DTC ecosystem.
- NYC Based, Hybrid work mode.
