• Works closely with: PM, Sr. Director of Data & Analytics, and our AI/BI consulting partner

You'll help build our technology function as we grow. You're someone who lives in AI tools, not just at work but in your own life. You've already automated the tedious parts of your day because you enjoy finding the tool or workflow that makes something unnecessary. You'll bring that same instinct here: help keep our tech stack running, chip away at tech debt, and turn manual work into automated work.

What you will do

Tech Stack & Systems

• Help maintain our core tech stack and system integrations, keeping systems running smoothly and reliably
• Work through existing tech debt with our Data & Analytics lead and AI partner, shipping fixes that create real momentum
• Serve as the point of contact for technical issues and access requests

AI Tooling & Automation

• Take findings from an ongoing technical audit and help turn them into working tools
• Pilot AI tools and agents against real workflows, and help scale what works
• Spot manual, repetitive work across the org and help build or source the fix

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work across all teams, not just ops, to find where reporting and administrative work is eating time, and build the automation that gives it back
• Partner with the data/analytics function so automation and reporting are built on the same foundation
• Build tooling that supports the PM function's visibility

Success looks like

• Tech debt backlog shrinking against a defined roadmap
• Manual process hours declining, measurably, quarter over quarter
• Security basics in place and documented
• A track record of testing new tools fast and giving a clear read on what's worth keeping

You might be a fit if

• You have 0-3 years in IT, automation, or a scrappy startup environment (internships and projects count)
• You use AI tools daily, professionally and personally, and can point to specific things you've built or automated because you wanted the time back
• You've worked with ERP systems (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), or you pick up new systems quickly and love the challenge
• You default to shipping a working version now and iterating from there

About The Founder—

Dianna Cohen started her career at digital content platform, Into The Gloss, in 2012. She was part of the founding team of e-commerce mobile app, Spring, where she launched and managed their marketing channels from pre-launch through year two. From there, she worked closely with former Jimmy Choo founder, Tamara Mellon, to relaunch her namesake brand as a direct-to- consumer, luxury company. After launching Tamara Mellon in 2016, Dianna joined travel company, Away, as Head of Partnerships until she left to start Levitate at the end of 2017. Under Levitate, Dianna has worked with a number of direct-to- consumer brands including, Harry’s / Flamingo, Outdoor Voices, Yumi, Buck Mason, The Wing, and more.
